ActivaPin™ and ActivaNail™
When operating flake fractures, for example, in chondral areas of the knee, ActivaNail™ offers needed additional support with its small head. Self-Locking SL™ technology and grooved surface design enable pins and nails to stay in place with improved rotational stability. Just choose a suitable pin or nail and tap it quickly into place with a Bioretec pin applicator.
Benefits of using ActivaPin™ or ActivaNail™:
- Great benefit of direct transarticular fixation of radial neck or head.
- No protruding implants at the joint surfaces.
- Far less invasive than plate fixation.
- All inside technique.
- No K-wires through the skin.
- Can be inserted fully arthroscopically.
- ActivaPin™ and ActivaNail™ 2.0 x 20-40 mm are well suitable for this indication.
ActivaScrew™
Due to Auto-Compression™ technology screws can maintain compression for at least eight weeks thus reducing the risk of unstable fixation and allowing the bone to heal.
Benefits of using ActivaScrew™:
- Ideal temporary support for healing syndesmosis.
- No risk of screw breakage before removal due to biodegradation of the screw (no removal needed).
- One product size for all the patients.
- Screw can be cut in length after implantation.
- Cutting preferably with a hot cautery loop but e.g. oscillating saw can be used as well.
- Minimal head protrusion on the fibula.
- Can be used with conventional metal plates.
- ActivaScrew™ 4.5 x 70 mm covers normally all the patiens.
ActivaScrew™ Cannulated
Due to Auto-Compression™ technology screws can maintain compression for at least eight weeks thus reducing the risk of unstable fixation and allowing the bone to heal.
Benefits of using ActivaScrew™ Cannulated:
- High strength and stiffness facilitate stable fixation.
- Designed to gradually restore the original load carrying capacity of the bone.
- Bioabsorbable. Reduces risk of long term complications. No removal operations.
- Packaging, instrument and implant design enables aseptic surgical procedure.
- Patented Auto-Compression™ technology brings mechanical activity.
ActivaScrew™ Interference
Self-Locking SL™ technology and graft friendly design increase the reliability of the screws in clinical use.
Benefits of using ActivaScrew™ Interference:
- High usability for various indications.
- Wide selection of different sizes.
- Easy insertion along the guide wire (K-Wire).
- Easy position imaging during the operation.
- Center driven torx driver for optimal insertion.
- High strength properties offer easy insertion and safe medical use.
- Self-Locking SL™.
- Enables drilling through the product in need of re-operation.
- Complete bioabsorption takes place approximately within 2 years.
CiproScrew™
CiproScrew™ is indicated for fixation of bone fractures, osteotomies, arthrodeses, bone grafts and osteochondral fractures in the presence of appropriate immobilization when infection by ciprofloxacin sensitive organism is a potential risk.
Risk group patients are smokers, alcoholics, immunocompromised patients such as aged people and diabetics, open fractures. In these cases treatment generally is extremely challenging, long lasting and very expensive.

Chondrotissue
Chondrotissue Product is based on Matrix-Induced Chondrogenesis for regeneration of damaged joint cartilage to obtain hyaline healthy cartilage through stimulation of pro-generator cells to differentiate into cartilage cells without the need of having a sample from the patient to separate the stem cells previous to operation, this “one-step” procedure is considered as in “Vivo Lab” treatment and is the latest Biotechnological advance in the field of orthopedics operations and techniques.
VELOX® – Ready-To-Use Bone Cement Paste VELOX® is designed to fill non-infected bone defects after a trauma, a reconstruction, or a corrective intervention. It is the world’s first injectable calcium phosphate-based bone cement paste that is provided as a ready-to-use implant material. The need for an elaborate and time-consuming intraoperative preparation, mixing, and transfer of a bone substitute cement is superseded by a novel, patent-protected technology. VELOX® is supplied ready to use and can be applied directly from the syringe, or alternatively by using the cannula, into the bone. As VELOX® sets only after coming in contact with aqueous liquid and not in the syringe, the surgeon is under no time restriction during application. VELOX® is available for clinical applications in the EU since the beginning of 2015. VELOX® Order Details VELOX® bone substitute cement paste is provided in a 3cc application syringe together with a cannula. VELOX® is available as followed:

It is composed of the following elements: a rear waist bar which joined with a cushion of frontal closure holding two joint sets. These sets have holes into which are lodged by rings bars slightly bent for the legs. Legs are kept in position by thigh cuffs. The joint set is joined by steel screws secured by Allen key- The leg bars are fixed by a small screw.

Waist Device
This is a product with strong traction and board support range using the Disk Dr’s VAP technology; it is designedas an intensive care model in the Disk Dr. series, which is intended for patients with chronic or severe low back pain.
– The effects were approved through clinical tests.
Clinical tests carried out at the University of Inje Medical School in Korea approved Disk Dr.’s traction effects. The clinical report showed that 90.5% of the subjects experienced pain relief.
– Overcoming back pain without surgical operation
The VAP technology of Changeui Medical produces traction force on the lumbar section from L1 to L5, easing the pressure imposed on each vertebra and producing space between the intervertebral discs up to 3 mm to soothe pain.
Neck Device
– Be relaxed along the spine shape The product will give comfortable support that fits in for the shape of the cervical vertebrae.
– Overcoming back pain without surgical operation The VAP technology of the Changeui Medical produces traction force on the cervical vertebra from 1 to 7, easing the pressure imposed on each vertebra and producing space between the intervertebral discs to soothe pain.
The Disk Dr. NG20-M is a revolutionary approach in treating neck pain. The lightweight and easy to use ambulatory traction collar helps to reduce pressure within the cervical spine using an innovative longitudinal expansion system. The expandable Cervical Traction Collar (rear section), along with the Fixed Chin Collar (front section), reduces disc pressure within the cervical spine effectively eliminating pain.
Knee Device
Wearing the product before you go out will soothe the knees smoothly, preventing deterioration of inflammations of relieving pain sufficiently enough to engage in activities without problem.
– Joint development in cooperation with the Institute of Life sciences & Biotechnology of Korea University The Institute of Life sciences & Biotechnology of Korea University tool change of the safety design for overall functions of the product and Changeui Medical took responsibility for the tructural construction and the production in harmony with the design, in an effort to achieve perfection in term of performance and safety.
